We were really disappointed with the food quality. Many members of our group experienced food poisoning, which was very concerning. Additionally, the check-in process was tedious and not well organized, leading to frustration right from the start.

Great for families looking for fun

The staff was wonderful, always friendly and helpful, especially the kids club director who made my son's time there exciting. We enjoyed relaxing in the hammock on our balcony while the kids played in the pools, which were just a short walk from our room.

It wasn't inexpensive but still within reason.

Not every room has functional A/C!!! Plus, the refrigerator situation is hit or miss—my medication needs refrigeration, which was stressful!!! The overall condition of the grounds feels a bit tired, and restaurant reservations are frustrating!!!

The beach was gorgeous, with clear waters perfect for snorkeling right in front of the resort. The staff were super friendly, always helping us. We had a Double Room with a hammock on the balcony, and it was clean. Multiple pools, lots of shaded areas for the kids, and the food was surprisingly good.

Sadly, our room had a malfunctioning AC, making some nights quite uncomfortable. Despite several requests, it took a while to resolve the issue, leaving us warmer than we'd hoped.

The outdoor pool and beach access were perfect for unwinding after a day filled with activities. The only downside was that we could hear a bit of noise from the neighboring room, but it didn't dampen our fun at all. 🌊

The location of the hotel provides easy access to beautiful beaches and clear waters for snorkeling and diving. The activity options, like water polo and beach volleyball, kept things fun and engaging, especially with plenty of lounge chairs available on the beach.

The food options left much to be desired, highlighting a lack of variety and fresh ingredients—no fresh juice offered, and the buffet meals were repetitive. Rooms experienced issues like odor and maintenance problems, which detracted from the overall comfort. despite raising concerns, the responses to room changes seemed lackluster. The hard beds significantly affected sleep quality, which can be a deal-breaker for some guests.
